1. Wash in a laundry net or hand wash separately with a neutral detergent to prevent damage and ensure long-term wear.
2. Do not use bleach. This may damage the color on printed items.
3. Do not iron reflective tape or rubber labels.
4. Do not dry clean this product.
5. Lay flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area for quick dry.
6. Once completely dry, gently pat the down-fill evenly (for down products).
7. Use a sponge or soft brush to clean any stains or dirt.
8. The water-repellent effect gradually fades with each wash. To ensure long-lasting water repellency, apply an outdoor water-repellent treatment.
9. The product may be damaged if exposed to heat or flame.
10. Leaving the product wet may cause color transfer.
11. The product may discolor when using a dryer or drying at high heat.

Refunds will only be considered for products with an initial manufacturing or product defect upon receipt. All defect claims must be submitted by email to support@vert.co.kr for review and approval on an order-by-order basis.

1. Return Shipping
Returns for reasons other than an initial product defect are not eligible for a refund. If a return is approved due to a product defect, DIMITO will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.

2. Exchanges for Defective Products
If you require an exchange due to a confirmed product defect, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item and return the defective item for a refund. Replacement items are subject to availability.

3. Proof of Return
Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been successfully processed.

4. Product Defects & Quality Issues
If you believe your product has a defect or you are dissatisfied with its quality, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@vert.co.kr. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos so that we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
