1. Do not leave the product wet with sweat or water. Wash immediately.
2. If left clumped after spin-dry, discoloration may occur. Unclump and leave to dry immediately.
3. When drying, avoid direct sunlight and dry flattened in the shade.
4. Wash white and colored items separately.
5. Do not dry with hot air including dryer machine, as this may cause shrinkage.
6. May deform or ignite near fire, lit cigarettes or other hot surfaces.
7. Product damage caused by consumer negligence or mistake is not covered by warranty, so please be sure to follow the above warnings and precautions.

1. Return Shipping
Returns for reasons other than an initial product defect are not eligible for a refund. If a return is approved due to a product defect, DIMITO will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.

2. Exchanges for Defective Products
If you require an exchange due to a confirmed product defect, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item and return the defective item for a refund. Replacement items are subject to availability.

3. Proof of Return
Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been successfully processed.

4. Product Defects & Quality Issues

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos so that we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
