This hoodie is made with a unique artwork on soft and comfortable cotton material. It uses light-weight material to provide a light fit and comfort inmobility. The rib is made with 1x1 knitting of cotton and spandex to provide excellent elasticity and fit. You can freely create a silhouette of choice with the adjustable hood string.

1. You have to put it in the laundry net and wash it separately with a neutral detergent to wear it for a long time without damaging the product.
2. Do not use chlorine bleach. In the case of printed products, the print may be damaged.
3. Do not iron reflective tapes or rubber labels.
4. Never dry clean the product.
5. When drying, place it flat in tumbler dry or well-ventilated shade and dry it quickly.
6. When it's completely dry, tap lightly to spread the down evenly (for down products).
7. Wash stains or contaminated areas with a sponge or soft brush.

Items purchased through the DIMITO.com Renewal Invitation Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund due to reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
Refunds will only be considered for products with an initial manufacturing or product defect upon receipt. All defect claims must be submitted by email to support@vert.co.kr for review and approval on an order-by-order basis.

1. Return Shipping
Returns for reasons other than an initial product defect are not eligible for a refund. If a return is approved due to a product defect, DIMITO will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.

2. Exchanges for Defective Products
If you require an exchange due to a confirmed product defect, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item and return the defective item for a refund. Replacement items are subject to availability.

3. Proof of Return
Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been successfully processed.

4. Product Defects & Quality Issues
If you believe your product has a defect or you are dissatisfied with its quality, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@vert.co.kr. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos so that we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
